NAIA All-American Lachinsky commits to Life U

Grace Lachinsky will continue her collegiate wrestling career at Life University after a standout season at Lindsey Wilson, highlighted by an All-America finish.

Competing at 117 pounds in 2025-26, Lachinsky placed fifth at the 2026 NAIA Women's Wrestling Championships to earn All-America honors.

Lachinsky delivered consistent results throughout the season. She finished runner-up at the Missouri Valley Open in November, where she defeated William Penn's Mia Palumbo, a two-time NAIA national champion and four-time national finalist. She also placed second at the Tiffin Open, Adrian Invitational and Midland Warrior Open, and added a runner-up finish at the Mid-South Conference Championships.

Her body of work established her as one of the top wrestlers at 117 pounds and a proven postseason performer.

Now heading to Life University, Lachinsky joins a powerhouse program that has won the last two NAIA women's national championships. With All-America credentials and multiple deep tournament runs, she is expected to make an immediate impact for the Running Eagles as they continue their national title run.
