Oklahoma State has been busy with the transfer portal. On Monday, 2024 NCAA champion Richard Figueroa announced that he will be transferring from Arizona State to Oklahoma State. The announcement was made on Instagram. Figueroa wrote, “Back in black and orange!” and included a quote from Winston Churchill.

He is expected to move up from 125 pounds to 133 pounds.

Figueroa won a national title in 2024 at 125 pounds. This past season, Figueroa fell short of All-America honors this past season, finishing with a 1-2 record in Philadelphia.

Oklahoma had already added three transfers from Penn State this offseason, Zack Ryder, Alex Facundo and Gary Steen.
